                                END OF SEMESTER REPORT
As the semester gets to its tail length, it is indeed very prudent to keep the whole SmartKids fraternity informed. It has being a serious and busy semester as I anticipated right from the beginning. Academic work was all good amidst social life as well.
The time for accountability haas once befallen us. Seriousness has really engulfed us. Well, Teachers and Educational Workers' Union threatened us with their strike actiion but no fatal effect was seen during this later part of the semester.
I must acknowledge that I really enjoy the exams fever couple with the approaching christmas. So far , it has all being so good for me. I'm hoping for  better grades in all the courses registered for. (Accounting 1, Elements of Economics 1, principles of Management, Business Mathematics, Commercial Law 1, Public Administration  and Appropriate Technology for Rural development).   These courses have all being practical as they relates to issues on the corporate world and its ap[lication. I have indeed enjoyed them.
'Let me hasty to add' that the Smartkids excursion was all lively and full of fun as socialization was aided and relieved us especially younger Smartkids of the long monotony of studies. ('All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy').  Other plans by the Junior Board to meeting the Young ones after our end of semester exams are underway. The meeting will mainly focus on aiding the third years in selecting of schools for placement next year and ensuring their preparedness towards their final exams next year.
To conclude School officially closes on the 12th of December 2009 and interestingly, I happen to finish my exams on this date.

Second Year.

The first semester has commenced with every thing moving on smoothly. So far lectures have been fantastic. It is indeed from this semester that grading(scoring) will begins. That is, the final grade point's calculation commence from this time. This by implication, more effort will have to be put into academic work to make very good grades.
Administration class has really been a challenging one as more students(those with diploma) have all been admitted into the second year. More interestingly, I just like the atmosphere as the foreign students sometimes makes the class interesting.
It is worth noting that the first seminar organised at the business school on the theme "collaborative seminar between the classroom and the job market " has be of a great benefit. Indeed the minister of employment and social welfare and other dignitaries in both private and public sector gave very attractive lectures.

The available results from last semester's examination is given below.
Culture and management A
Introduction to Business Admin A
Introduction to ethics (philosophy) B+
Psychology For everyday living B+

It is worth noting that these are all introductory courses one need to pass.
The real admin course commence with the following courses where we start this very semester.
